Free Education Money for Felons Using CampusFood and Upromise
As we know, those who have been convicted of a felony often find difficulty in attending college as many colleges will not accept convicted felons without regard to the type of charge. Even worse, one we are accepted into college, we often have difficulty obtaining financial aid to pay for school. And, once we finish school, because our options for employment are limited, we face some challenges in paying for student loans. But, I have some solutions for you!
As I mentioned in my prior post about education for felons, if you sign up for a free Upromise account, and purchase McDonalds gift cards online, you can obtain the cash rebate and use it to deposit into a college savings account or link it to your existing student loans and pay those down. And, here is another idea -
If you live close to, or on, a school campus, sign up for the free Upromise account and then access the site CampusFood.com through your Upromise account. With CampusFood.com, you can order from a variety of local companies that will deliver to your home. But, when accessing it through the Upromise account, you’ll get a cash rebate into your Upromise account which can then be used just as we described above for the McDonalds gift cards.
Not a job for felons but a great way to save some money to pay off your student loans, or pay for school, when it is food that you may already be eating.
