Depending on the type of felony conviction you have, you may be able to find a job in business or finance. If you are looking for jobs for finance majors, consider doing a search online for small local businesses that are in need of just one person in the office.

What we have found is that many larger corporations, and those traded on the Stock Exchange, typically will not hire felons within their company. However, there are many small, local companies, owned by individuals, who are willing to hire you as a finance major with no background check at all.
