Snagajob - Need More Money?

Jobs for people with felonies can be found through a number of resources and we’ve recently learned that many staffing agencies will help felons find work especially if you have unique skills.   Professional staffing agencies are providing opportunities, in Texas, in jobs of all industries provided you are more than seven years out from your felony conviction.   Even if your own working skill is super couponing, keep in mind that you have a skill set and dig deep.  Find out what your skills are and how you can apply those skills into the clients of the professional staffing agencies.   Many felons are finding temp-to-hire positions with staffing agencies and keep in mind that even if you are turned down by one staff agency, it doesn’t mean the next one won’t offer jobs for felons.   Keep trying and keep moving forward…eventually new jobs for ex felons will open up to you.  Keep searching for that job!

  6. I don’t think it’s right that “felons”, have to wait seven years before employers will consider giving “us” a chance. Seven years is a long time and within that seven years, with no employment and no means of income 8 out of 10 felons are convicted of ANOTHER felony. Where does it end? It’s like being convicted over and over again. I know if i had a job scrubbing bathrooms, I would take pride in that before i committed another crime. I have to eat like everyone else.
